What is Zawiya Tahawwul?
A critical cultural platform from Lebanon. We gather what happens in seven categories, write about it, and set out events in a single calendar.
How do I add my event to the calendar?
Email us from the contact page: the title, date and time, place, a square image with its credit, and a booking link if there is one. We review every message.
Is the content translated?
Arabic is our first language. Some pieces are translated into English, French and Spanish, and we clearly mark what a machine translated. What is not translated yet appears in its original language.
Why do you point to work published elsewhere?
Because part of our job is to be a guide: we take you to the work where it was published, and keep its author's name and link.
I found a mistake. How do I report it?
Write to us with the page's link and what needs correcting. We correct what proves wrong, and note the correction when it changes the meaning.
Do I need an account?
No. Reading is open to everyone, with no account and no sign-up.
